Intranet apps and hub port

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent xAP Intranet apps from grabbing the hub port?

Specifically, what I'm seeing is that occassionaly the xFx Hub will receive
a badly formed UDP packet that seems to make it drop it's socket for a few
seconds.

It will recover fine, unless a xAP Intranet app sends a xAP message out
while the xFx Hub hasn't bound to the port.  It seems that the act of
sending a xAP message out makes the xAP Intranet app bind to the port and
then the xFx Hub can't bind to it.

I'm seeing this with xAP Speech, xAP Blue, xAP Current Cost, etc.
