Hi,

Yep, certainly possible. Access DBs are never that great.  If you look
in the settings.txt file there are some instructions at the top about
configuring an ODBC database. I've used it against mysql but mssql
should be fine too. Floorplan doesn't do anything particularly
complicated with databases so most should be fine.  It should create the
tables once configured, but you do need to create the database and give
it a suitable access account
