Saver Server

I'm runing XP 64bit and trying out XAP.

I installed Saver Server 1.2 beta. Checked the server was running. Put
in a default webcam image.

But.. the XAP screensaver doesn't appear in the list of screensavers
on the Display Properties dialog box.

Any ideas on what I could try?
