Hi again!
I've started a new Yahoo group for discussing about the opnode
project, including opn-max of course:

I've also written a manual to help installing and using opn-max:

The installation process automatically downloads the necessary files
and programs from remote servers so you don't need to download any
thing apart from the OpenSlug image, of course.
In other words, everything is in place for beta-testing opn-max.
