Ok--I don't recall off-hand all of the various changes that were made.
Overall, there are a *lot* of xAP improvements in the current base over
2.103.

Yes.  I have only ever used the service version, however.

You should see it respond to xAP TTS messages w/ some of it's own if it
gets something that it can process.  Your running an old version of mh
is likely (at least a part of) the problem.
