xap xfx Service HUB won't install win2k server

Subject: xap xfx Service HUB won't install win2k server

I am tring to install on a windows 2000 server and durring the install
the installer stops and complains about not having the password.

I am installing under the administrator account. Any ideas as to what
I am doing incorrectly.

I installed this on other xp boxes and works Great!
just don't understand why it does not like the win2k server.
