Looks like a bug in the msi. Just tried it here with the same results.
The missing file is c:\program files\xAP Four\mydb.txt . ( adjust path
if needed) It should be an empty text file. The purpose of the file is
to override to the questions/answer database 'db.txt' to prevent any
modifications being lost on upgrades.
