Saver Server minor bug

Just a minor bug: the Photos folder is not created at install time,
and
without it, all of the "Open Store" links don't work.
Once you create the Photos folder, SaverServer will automatically create
the /1, /2, etc... Folders as you access each store.
I've found that to create an empty folder with Windows Installer is
difficult... Drop a place holder text file in it, and all works as
planned.
Thank god for FileMon, which showed that SaverServer was trying to
access the \Photos directory when it wasn't there...
