Good find...  methinks that would cause xAP not to be able to control
the device too - what a weird issue that HS requires an X10 command to
control a non X10 device. .. and HS doesn't even update its own state
display !  I know J was pulling his hair out over the X10 centricity of
HS and inparticular it's state and trigger model.   Maybe he has some
ideas here but FTTB the workaround  is to script the relay change rather
than rely on HS to action it automatically .
