Hi Lehane,

=20

No =96 not using FP now =96 I wonder if the HS xAP plugin allows me to
inte=
rcept TTS messages and set a HV output =96 and quick enough?

=20

I guess another alternative is to build a little bit of hardware to sense
a=
nd audio signal and trigger a 12V output, quicker than the Russound
hardwar=
e?

=20

Yet another thought =96 maybe xSB should send the message to HS =96 but I
d=
on=92t think it can deal with the finished speaking message.

=20

James =96 can xAP TTS be modified to send an optional start and end
message=
around the speak? Maybe it would also need a small optional delay to make =
sure the switching happened before the speak started? You did mention you
w=
ere getting near the end of your list of things to do!!! ;)

=20

Cheers,

=20

Paul.=20

Paul,
Not sure anything is going to be fast enough to just trap and fire. The
TTS=
is already on the network by the time the receiving control device has got=
it.

You could use Floorplan to trap the TTS and use a script to turn on the
CAV=
6's input using some sort of output device, maybe even the HV. Assuming
you=
could target the xAP TTS then you could target Floorplan, send the output =
command, wait a second (or less), and then send the xAP TTS with the
'right=
' target.

That does assume you are running FP as well as HV ;-)
