Unfortunately the hosting company that hosts Stuarts site has
difficulties. I am sure he'll be moving to a new site asap, I thought I
had tried his site a few days back and all was well but maybe not.   If
you let em know which version of the hub you would like I'll zip it up
and email it to you  (service, GUI or Viewer) .  You need the .Net
framework V1.1 installed too
