Hi,

That rather unhelpful message usually appears when there is a version
mismatch of the Intranet OCX. I'm guessing Floorplan was running when
ping was installed and so prevented the msi updating the file.
If you grab the latest from:
http://www.mi4.biz/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=134&ttitle=xAP_Intranet_1.2
and replace the one in the windows\system32, it should sort things out.
(You'll need to close both ping and Floorplan to let you update)
