xAP Weather - forecast not working

I installed xAP Weather yesterday =96 but having problems with the
forecast=
not working. I ran through the install options and entered all the correct=
data but it turns out this is the .ini file it creates.
Station=3DEGVA
Forecast=3D
UID=3D4001
TimeBetweenSends=3D600
TimeBetweenCollections=3D1200
Longitude=3D-1.58
Latitude=3D51.75
Slimp3=3DNo
Tivo=3DNo
So, the forecast entry is blank =96 is this a bug?
I entered it manually and now it seems to be working.
