XAP in A Box etc

Hi Guys
I am trying to decide whether to get homeseer 2. I have the one before
but not used it much as yet.
However I now need to get my systems working together and some degre
of
automation started.
I have a comfort Ultra only being used as an alarm at the moment
Upstairs Lighting is Cbus, downstairs yet to do. Upstairs only uses
light switches.
I also have some X10 for sockets and shed lighting.
I now want to integrate it all as its neither 1 thing or another.
I am looking to build patrick.lidstone XAP in a box and use Kevin
Hawkins Cbus interface. Any body else using any of these.

with the XAP in a box, when built it says to copy an image to the
flash
card, but I am not sure what image and where to get it from.

Any input or suggestions would be much appreciated.
