New sources are now available

I had to make a change to xAP-lib, so you'll need to download the new
version of xAP lib as well as the new version of the asterisk connector.

The new version

- should build under centOS ok (but this breaks windows portability in
the process, I'll fix this, but I don't have time right now).

- uses command-line params correctly for asterisk manager username and
password (no longer hard coded)

I looked into the reports from people who said the connector "just
sits there doing nothing other than sending xAP heartbeats", and I am
pretty sure that this is due to the connector failing to authenticate
with asterisk (typically caused by a misconfigured manager.conf on the
asterisk side). I've added some notes on how to diagnose this from the
asterisk console on the page linked above, and will try and tighten up
the code over the next few days so authentication failure is correctly
detected under all circumstances.

All feedback welcome... thanks for being patient!

Patrick
