comfort-xap source code and cbus-xap driver

I'm trying to download the source code for comfort-xap but the link on
Patrick's site http://patrick.lidstone.net/haweb/xap-comfort_16.zip
downloads a zip file containing xap-comfort.exe not the source code.
Is there somewhere else I can download the latest source ?
I also wanted to know wether there's any cbus-xap code/software
available ?, a quick search didn't turn up anything.
