Added in this new version:
* Can run as a service
* Sends messages before and after speaking
* Ability to set, via xAP, a maximum volume
* Aliases for the sound cards so you won't need to keep using
"NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM) Audio" etc.
* Improved sound quality on some systems
* More information given in the tts.service messages
