Re: {Disarmed} xAP Speech and xAP Tel services?
Assuming all the SAPI stuff works in a service then making xAP Speech
work as a service shouldn't be an issue. KH will have to do xAPTel and I
doubt the skype link would work from a service as it would be running on
a different desktop/account. The modem and meteor parts should be fine
though.
