Hi,

This is not really of any use to you, but I have had exactly the same
issue.

Unable to get any data except the heartbeat.  Unfortunately Patrick,
does not seem to be answering any of the posts here or the msg I sent
him.

Like you I have confirmed that the serial port and data are good, just
can't get the msgs onto the network.
