Homeseer and XLobby

OK, I'm stuck !
I have Homeseer (been running for years), and never used XLobby before.
I've installed the plugin in XLobby, and it seems to be working - there a
re a ton of messages in the xap plugin. I THINK it's receiving Comfort PIR
movement as xap messages into XLobby.
All I want to do is trigger Comfort/CBUS devices via homeseer from xlobby.
I presume I'll need to trigger HomeSeer events in order to do this.
Anyone got a sample set of configs I could use to just slap on and see
whats what ? It could be my total lack of understanding of xlobby of
course on how to send out a valid formed xap message.
