modems and caller id in sweden

Hi
I'm looking for a xap app to use with switchboard to enable my modem
(Conexant D110 MDC V.9x) to recieve caller id information. Is there
such an app?
I tried XapPace and changed it to com3 but it just sitts there! No
errors no nothing, but nothing happens when a call is coming in.

U guys have any tips?
