There are a couple of xAP send applications that will allow you to send
an existing text file as a xAP message. The text file should contain the
pure text of the xAP message. This would allow you to send messages but
I dont know how Girder could get any two way interaction without a
plugin. I will take a look see if there is a sample plugin with source
that I could adapt with my very limited C knowledge. I am assuming LUA
scripting could extract data if it could just get the text of the xAP
message which can't be hard, it's a simple UDP packet receive.

Really nice ! Would be even nicer if it was integrated two way with xAP
as you say....
