Actually this is both right and wrong!!

Beta2 allowed the sending of raw xAP messages as in Stuart's example but
didn't include the *pic* and *picurl* functions.

is a link to an updated Switchboard (just an exe) which fixes this. It
also fixes a minor issue with the Disable TTS on busy function.
