I've just added this feature to my development build here. It uses xAP
BSC messages to turn individual mailboxes on/off. You can also use
these messages to enable/disable multiple mailboxes at once.

Testing it just now, and a few minor tweaks remaining.

Are you familiar with xAP BSC messages at all? There are some details

When I update the app on the web, I'll also update the documentation
to include some examples of how to do it.
