I belive the momentum for xAP in zoneminder is very slow, it's on the
list, but really needs a push, if you are a c coder, I'm sure you
could find the entry points in the source where the xAP integration
needs to happen, for instance triggering an alarm, forcing zone minder
to start recording, also right after an event happens, it would be
nice for zoneminder to broadcast an xAP message telling everything
where the event was and what caused it, length of video recorded,
number of triggering frames etc...  homeseer or misterhouse could pick
up on that and we could integrate something at that point.

I'm imagining zoneminder sees motion at the front door, and homeseer
announces their presance, if I were to write an interface to deal with
the xAP message comming in, I could pop up a browser that shows you
either the live video from the front door, or a recording etc.

Let me know if any of that makes sence or is withing your capabilities
for contributing.
