Hmm.. I have completely reinstalled Apache and inserted the lines...

LoadModule cgi_module modules/mod_cgi.so
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "I:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache2/cgi-bin/"

<Directory "I:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/cgi-bin">
Options ExecCGI
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

...to the end of httpd.conf. Still doesn't work :(
