As well as quite a few minor tweaks, this new ocx fixes the following
issues :
Class now saves correctly in raw events
When events send xAP messages they now preserve case and not get
lowercased.
To update just extract the zip in the HomeSeer folder and run the batch
file.
I am still looking at the other issues but i though I'd release this as
it fixes the annoying issues.
