xAP Switchboard Beta 5 released

This new switchboard now uses the Intranet ocx so you should see a speed
improvement on the web pages as well as the new look. The call in
progress banner is now live rather than just refreshing every minute and
the call duration now works correctly, even if clocks drift. Also it can
now run as a service.
*Upgrading*
Because of the new ocx there is no upgrade zip this time. If upgrading
take a backup copy of your Switchboard directory then uninstal your
current installation. Install the new beta but do not run it. From your
backup copy over the .mdb files and all of the tosend txt files. If you
had added any callerid pictures to the /pics/ folder then copy them over
to the new /xAPIntranet/ folder. You can now run the new beta.
