hi,

As you've discovered the plugin does it's best to convert incoming
values to a 0-100% scale. This was to try and keep things inline with
the HomeSeer X10 model where everything is % based. This is high on my
list to fix, the plan will be to stay as-is by default but allow device
specific overrides in a similar way to how you control the sending of
xAP per device now. If, however,  you have control over what is sending
the messages you can use Text= instead of Value= and it will get
displayed in HomeSeer as 2500/4600. A new release of the plugin is being
worked on at the moment, it shouldn't be too much longer
