I have added a proper event in SwitchBoard that occurs when a incoming
call comes in and a handset picked up.  The TTS stop is already built in
but you can now use a tosend_pickup.txt event file  which works just
like the existing tosend.txt with all the same insertable options. And
as Beta 2 will support sending raw xAP messages you can send anything
you like! I have also added similar events to the end of and incoming
and outgoing calls.
