I don't think there is any specific event from the SlimServer CLI to
identify this event so xAP doesn't report it either.. You could apply
some smarts through a  HS script though and work out that the player is
now no longer playing a track and from that deduce that the playlist has
finished..  I >think< you could also recover the playlist  and watch
for
that last track being played - you will be able to see its duration and
work from there.
