xAP Desktop ???

Just installed xAP Desktop , but when I run it the
template/load/unload dialogue screen is empty. The only way I've been
able to get anything working is to copy the contents of each
directory in the Templates sub folder into the Display01,02...,05 sub
folders. What am i doing wrong ?
