xAP Weather Install

Help...
Just installed xAP Weather from james' website but it is having
problems retrieving the data...
I have tried changing the BBC id to several settings in the ini file
1769=London , 3681 (my location TN15) and 1234 for the hell off it.
They all show up in xAP Message viewer (very handy tool) but I
get 'Error=StationNotFound'. Do I need to do something with my
firewall or is this using the same route the browser would which
displays the BBC pages OK ?
