I'll add the Windows Service version tomorrow night when I've wrapped
it up in a Windows Installer package.

I'm not sure about which xAP schema it's using so I haven't included
any sample messages. If you've got any test samples, documentation,
change history files, things like that, send them over and I can
include them in the download packages.
