xAP Watcher Viewer Update

I have updated Watcher Viewer to handle the new features of the latest
Watcher. It also has a much better layout.

What is Viewer
--------------

Viewer picks up and displays data from every watcher on the network. It
let you see every bit of info that watcher sends and well as letting you
control the alert trigger levels of the remote watcher. It will send out
display messages if a watcher disappears from the network too.
The top part of the display gives a quick view of all the PCs, the
logged on user, active window and cpu usage (average). This works really
well if the watchers are running in "window=now" mode as it gives
a
real time view as the pc gets used.

Enjoy
