xAP News 2 Update

This will hopefully be the last beta before the final release of News v2.
New Features since last beta

The GUI now lets you see the stories from any feed, you can select the
feed from a dropdown box.
Added display support. By default the app now sends out display messages
to Tivo, Slimp3 and Watcher when the top news story from any feed
changes. This is in addition to the news.alert that is already sent out.
These can all be disabled from the news.txt file.
Hopefully fixed a collection bug where the program errored when a
download partially failed.
New features since v1

Can now monitor upto 1000 feeds
Can run as a service (nt4+)

---------
If you are using another News2 beta then either you need to delete your
news.txt file or add to the top of the file these lines (assuming you
want display support)
