v1.2.9.3 build of xAPFramework.NET now available

Before I start changing things again I thought I'd get the latest
build of xAPFramework.NET uploaded, v1.2.9.3.

This is the same version as used in all the recent xFx-based
application updates, so updating to it will benefit your xFx-based
xAPplications as it has done mine I believe.

Overall there are a whole stack o'changes in this build, but a
short-ish Change History summary can be viewed here:

Hopefully this won't cause any compilation errors for anybody using
this. There have been a few changes that might where I've tidied up a
few inconsistencies, etc.

If anybody has any "How on earth do I do this... ?" type
questions, do
fire away. Knowing what's being done allows me to write up some
Technical Notes explaining certain features, which I can gradually
incorporate into better documentation. I kind of know my way around
the code here fairly well!
