I have upload a new beta of the plugin:
Includes fixes for the port blocking and modal errors
Adds support for IR from the Red Rat
The start of adding full IR support into HomeSeer as well as keeping the
existing IR event system.
Much improved CPU usage
Fixes some issues with Basic Status
