Just seen this on ukha_d. Anyone xAP enabled Digiguide?

I'm thinking Digiguide -> logic bit (homeseer?) -> Red Rat

or xAPTV -> logic bit -> Red Rat

Subject: [ukha_d] PC IR Control

Apologies if this is a FAQ people, I just feel a bit overloaded with=20
information!

I want to use my PC to send IR commands to a Freeview Set Top Box to=20
change channel.... Does anyone have any simple solutions (hardware &=20
software) that might help me do this simply and cheaply? (sadly I=20
know little about electronics and nothing about programming!)

FYI the reason I want to do this is to record the audio channels=20
from Freeview using Digiguide as the trigger...(I happened to have=20
an old Freeview box lying around)...I can do the triggers in=20
Digiguide if I can just find some way of getting the channels to=20
change!!

TIA !
James
