It still does (but I had to go check just in case!). You have to
change the option in the Tools/Options dialog. Select the Application
Options node in the tree, and there it is on the right.
I left the default as OFF (don't minimise to the tray). You might have
had that setting in the old .config file but it won't work its way
across to the new configuration file.
