xAP News 2 Beta released

This new version now runs as an NT service and supports upto 1000 news
feeds. Each feed is presented using sub devices on the xAP network. All
the old features are there too including support for RSS .9,1.0 and RDF
news feeds, selectable grab timer for each feed and selectable timer for
xAP broadcasts for each feed. It is now also possible to not send out
xAP broadcasts but only send out news.alerts when the top story changes.
Please let me know if you run in to any problems with it as there are a
lot of changes from the last release...
