Here's this one in a nutshell. Some details may be lacking until this
evening when I get home.

1. Install the YAC listener on TiVo. There was once an excellent guide
for this but no longer I think. I'll have to write something up.

2. Install and configure the POP3 monitor:

Edit the POP3.exe.config file and follow the instructions at the end
to add in mail boxes, user names and passwords.

3. Install and configure the TiVoYAC router:

Edit the TiVoYAC.exe.config to specify the target name of your TiVo(s)
and their IP addresses. There is an example already present there I
think.

4. Install and configure the NewEmailOSD application:

Again, a few options in there you can tweak but the defaults should be
