xAP News released

The final xAP news is now available from www.mi4.biz. Schema also
available.

xAP News collects RDF/RSS news feeds from the internet and
re-broadcasts them as xAP. It generates regular news report messages
and also alert messages when the headline changes. When used in
conjunction with xAP Watcher you can receive popup messges on PCs on
your network when the headline changes.

Main changes since last beta
Schema now has no repeating block names. Now using .1,.2 etc
You can add a command line option to specify the news feed to use. So
you can easily run multiple copies, just like xAP Weather.
UID, message refresh, max story count, show descriptions and show
links are now configurable through the news.txt file in the program
directory
The app now is tray based not task bar based
Removed "type=alive" from the heartbeat, this was a v1.1 spec
hangover!

Windows 95+
An active internet connection - Needed every 20 minutes or so
