Updated Hub, Viewer and Send

Hi Folks,

I've uploaded new builds of Hub (GUI), Viewer and Send which include
some new features. Notably in Hub/Viewer the message preview window is
vastly improved.

More interestingly from a technical point of view is that they all
integrate with each other better.

For instance, when you view a multiple selection of messages in
Hub/Viewer these are concatenated together. You can then save them to
a big .xap file.

The old Send only used to send the first message in this group message
file, whilst the new Send is able to transmit the entire contents.

This is extremely handy for debugging/replay situations. For example,
recently I was alerted to a problem which I couldn't reproduce. I was
sent the message history that caused it. After replaying the xAP
message history through Send I was able to see the problem. Very
useful.

You can use the filtering capabilities of Viewer to narrow down the
messages of interest and just select/save those ones too.
