Ahhhhh, so the old files are still there????

In this new build I reorganised the structure of the files into
subdirectores. It should look like this:

<SampleMessages>
<Utilities>
<xAPFramework.net>
SliMP3Connector.exe
SliMP3Connector.exe.config

Where the <...> items are directores.

If there is anything else in the root directory it gets used in
preference to the actual files in the subdirectories. It could be
this.
