Hi,<div><br></div><div>Pretty much what John just
said, but thought I&#39;d mention Drobo as well.&nbsp; It has
&quot;beyond raid&quot; technology - might be all smoke and
mirrors, but I&#39;ve had a few, one being my main NAS device for 10
years or more.&nbsp; Mismatched drive types/sizes, no
&quot;Raid&quot; setup, replace tool-less and at will.&nbsp;
Just pop one out (too small, failed etc) and pop in another one - again all
without losing access or data.&nbsp; I realise if you already have Qnap
hardware its not for you. but thought I&#39;d add Drobo to the
canon.</div><div><br></div><div>On the
downside it doesnt have nearly as many cool apps as Qnap, Synology, WD etc.
but I use the drobo for storage and one of the others for Security cameras,
