Wireless "whole house" buzzer system

I'm wanting to set up a buzzer alert system to cover a whole house, with
sounders in each room and wireless button transmitters carried by those in
the house.
(It's for my parents, who want to be able to alert each other if they need
help).
Is there anything on the market for this, or what modules might be around
that I could build it?
Spec is roughly
- Buzzer in each room
- All units sound when a wireless button is pressed
- Each unit acts as a receiver to ensure whole-house coverage
- Units work as a mesh so no wire interconnections needed
