Wouldn't the earlier suggestion of "piggy-backing" an additional
higher cur=
rent relay or even a contactor, be an easier solution?

Hello,

I am also having problems with a cheap relay board from eBay.

Although my issue is with the Arduino micro-controller crashing from=20
time to time, I assume due to to Electrostatic Discharge. It all works=20
fine when there is no load attached.

Can anyone recommend a mid-price board that has higher-quality relays=20
and/or arcing suppression?

nick.
