I use one of these for my deck lights -

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Home-Easy-HE304-Receiver-Unit-1000W/192402082340?hash=item2ccc0eca24:g:bOIAAOSwGzhaODyJ

- controlled from inside the house by one of these -

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HomeEasy-Byron-Remote-Control-Keyfob-Unit-HE301-RRP-19-99-NEW-BNIP/182971287174?epid=1629506040&hash=item2a99f04686:g:BQ4AAOSwe-FU26IF

This will only let you manually switch it on and off, though my
home-brew Home Easy control box can switch 'em on and off whenever it
feels like it, using a mechanically hacked HE remote control.

Cheers

Martin
