Use ffmpeg on the command line. Very fast especially if you -vcodec
copy
-acodec copy - love it.

to get the Windows version.

My daughter is using Openshot Editor

http://github.com/OpenShot/openshot-qt/releases/download/v2.3.4/OpenShot-v2.3.4-x86_64.exe

Available for multiple OS, Windows among them.

As I said: I prefer ffmpeg, as it is faster, does lossless cutting and
produces reproducible results
